Danarius Monroe Hemphill, also known as "Dr. D." is one of our generation's newest and freshest emerging voices. He is a leader, public servant, speaker, activist, and generation-changer who truly understands the importance of leaving a positive impact and legacy for future progressive leaders. A native of Detroit, Dr. D. is the founder of Individuals Making

Progressive Achievements and Continuous Transformation (I.M.PA.C.T.) Leadership Academy, a non-profit mentoring program. He believes "individuals must have the ability to be willing to go the distance despite their limitations, obstacles, opposition, and restrictions,"with the understanding that “greatness always starts with an individual, and the individual is YOU.”

 

Dr. D. is committed to making a serious, long-term investment in our next generation of

progressive leaders--right now! He is an honest speaker, a candid activist, and an agent of change who truly understands the importance of bringing about positive change.

• Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership and Specialist in Education Ed.S. From Central Michigan University

• Master of Arts - Social Justice (Public Policu) and Master of Education from Maryarove College -Detroit Michigan

• Bachelor of Science from Alabama State University - Montgomery Alabama (HBCUs)
